This little fish has such striking colours, I am crazy about him... or her!!!

Continuing with my fish fascination, this one is the first of my aquarium fish studies but is native to Boadzulu and chinyankwazi Island in Lake Malawi, Africa.

I'm using the term "Fish Study" loosely as I have  not gone in and captured every scale,  but was primarily interested in the fish's incredible colouring and and beautiful shape.      I became so enamored with this fish that just had to have one as part of my "fish store"

This piece is also available as a print.

Painting is delivered without a frame.

A portion of proceeds goes toward preserving out Boreal Forest.
